RWA Members Conference fees
Current financial members only will be eligible for the discounted member price for this event.
Romance Writers of Australia membership must be current at the time of registration and continue up to and including the final day of conference, Sunday 13th August, 2017.
Your RWA membership number must be included on the registration form and validated for discounts to apply. RWA membership will be checked by the conference registrar.
Our conference content is targeted to Aspiring, Emerging and Established authors. Delegates are invited to study the program carefully before selecting preferences – it is an exciting one so there will be some difficult choices to make. Take care when making bookings as changes to incorrectly submitted registrations will incur an administration fee of $50.
Bookings for Friday Workshop and Core Conference include morning/afternoon tea and lunch.
Registering for core conference (Saturday & Sunday) includes the price of the cocktail party held on Friday evening.

Registration Tickets/Tax Invoices
Retain all electronic copies of your Registration Summary/Tax Invoices generated by the JotForm system. The emailed ticket/s will be proof of purchase for the Love Gone Wild core conference, and associated events, and must be presented at the time of registration and for admission to specific events.
No other receipts/tax invoices will be issued.
PLEASE NOTE: – Invoices will be issued within 14 days (After your registration has been checked by our registrar to confirm you session selections comply with your RWA membership level).
Program changes – In the unlikely event our program changes at late notice due to unforeseen circumstances the changes will be communicated on the RWA Website conference page and posted at the Venue during the event.
Privacy Principles – Any data collected from the event will be kept strictly in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Office of Australian Information Commissioner, Privacy Fact Sheet 17, Australian Privacy Principles, January 2014.
Registration – Any person participating in or attending any RWA-sponsored conference event must be registered. Individuals who violate this condition will be invoiced for the full non-member event fee plus a 50% penalty. An exception to this policy being member attendance at the RWA Annual General Meeting.
Event refunds and cancellations policy
While all speakers and presenters have confirmed their appearance, no responsibility can be accepted for any changed circumstances that are beyond RWA’s control.
Cancellation by RWA of ticketed conference event such as, Awards Dinner, Cocktail Party, Core Conference or the Friday Full Day Workshops and will result in registered delegates receiving a full refund.
100% refund up until Early Bird payment deadline of 31st May 2017 less $50 administration fee.
50% refund if cancellation is received after 31st May 2017 and up to 14 days prior to the event, less a $50 administration fee.
No refund if cancellation is received within 14 days of the event.
Delegate Refund Requests
Delegates may request a refund due to hardship or other mitigating circumstances. Written requests must be sent to the Conference Registrar. Any refund decision will be at the discretion of RWA Management.
Transfer or on-selling of tickets
Fully purchased tickets may only be on-sold or transferred in consultation with and on agreement by the Conference Registrar, and may incur a $50 administration fee.
Refunds will be by direct bank deposit and may take up to eight weeks to process.
