Final Judge: Dianne Moggy is Harlequin's Vice President, Overseas Editorial Strategy and Development. She was instrumental in the launch of MIRA Books in 1994 and was the Editorial Director of the single title programs, including MIRA, HQN Books, Luna Books and Spice for 14 years
