About this workshop

Do you make New Year goals only to abandon them by February? Have you ever said ‘goal setting doesn’t work for me’ but also wished it did?

When not writing small town romcoms, Louisa Duval works with teens and their families as a career counsellor helping them navigate tertiary study options and make effective career decisions. She helps individuals to approach goal setting with confidence and develop systems to track their progress towards their goals, which in turn, boosts motivation and resilience.

In this workshop, Louisa will guide you through how to

 Approach goal setting with an entrepreneurial mindset

 Build confidence in making business goals, as well as word count goals

 Discover what we can control, and what we can’t

 Make space for our writing among family roles and chores, and other

responsibilities

 Create a flexible system to track your progress
