Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Romance Writers of Australia will be held during the 33rd Annual Romance Writers of Australia Conference.
Where: Ballroom 2-5, Stamford Grand Hotel, 2 Jetty Road, Glenelg, South Australia 5045
When: Sunday, 18 August from 8:30am
You don't need to have paid for the conference to attend the AGM. Simply go to the conference floor at that time and you will be let into the room.
The AGM will include the following business:

Confirmation of the 2023 AGM minutes

Receipt of RWAus Annual Report
-
Election of office-bearers and ordinary committee members

Receipt of financial statement
If you're not able to attend in person, you can nominate a proxy to vote on your behalf. To appoint a proxy, please download and complete this form.
When you're done, please email your form to our AGM Secretariat.
At this time, no voting is required. If this changes, we'll notify you by email.
